DONATIONS
Welcome to Dementia Care Experience and Workshops (DECEW) donations page. We hope that you will support the work we do by making a small donation to the organisation.
DECEW aim to create more awareness of dementia in our communities specifically those of the “ethnically diverse” people, formerly Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups. We also collaborate with all organisations and communities working towards a better understanding of dementia in society. We welcome your support and donations in organising various events and workshops. Please use the Pay Now link on this page for all your donations to support our work. For a full listing of upcoming events and how to register to attend, please go to Events/Activities via the Services tab.
DEMENTIA CARE IN A VIRTUAL WORLD
Covid-19 changed the way we live, work and socialise. This is more difficult for people living with dementia and those who care for them. Despite returning to normality of home visits to care homes, private residences, and day centres, our organisation continues to conduct virtual home visits to connect and support people living with dementia, their carers and family members. To join us on any of our visits, contact us via events@decew.co.uk. You can also support our work by making a small donation to the organisation through events@decew.co.uk or click on the Pay Now tab on this page. We appreciate your support.
YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS OUR WORK IN CREATING MORE AWARENESS OF DEMENTIA
You can help us organise events and support our projects by donating using the PayPal account of Dementia Care Experience and Workshops (CIC), events@decew.co.uk or through the Pay Pal link.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at our events.
CHANGE UPDATE
We understand that people are still concerned about COVID-19 and what it entails for persons with dementia, as we know that those with the diagnosis can become isolated and lonely. As a result, we have expanded our efforts to ensure that people are not isolated, and we will continue to work with other organisations, agencies, and care providers to give assistance as needed. Caring for a loved one with dementia requires constant support.
All updates are made in accordance with government regulations.
