During Black History Month 2021, Dementia Care Experience and Workshops (CIC) collaborated with the National Activity Providers Association (NAPA) on a variety of activities for care homes that reflect the culture and needs of black people. Working together on this special month was very refreshing, and DECEW was tasked with providing a final reflection on the month-long event. The article, titled “Reflections on Black History Month,” was published in NAPA News on November 3rd, 2021. To read the whole article, please c lick here. We welcome your feedback too.
